How can I reduce the presence of allergens in my home?
My doctor told me that one precaution I can take against having allergic reactions is to keep my house as "allergen-free" as possible. What does that mean?

Regular cleaning and "deep" cleaning are an important part of controlling allergens in the home. Specifically, you should aim to clean bathtubs and showers monthly to avoid molds, dust and wash bed sheets in hot water to avoid dust mites and control animal dander by vacuuming or only keeping pets in a certain part of your home.
